Initially, American heavy metalists FireWolfe interested me with their vocalist David Fefolt (Forgotten Realm, Hawk, Masi), especially in our famous super heavy metal project Angels of Babylon, in which ex-Megadeth and Manowar members, guitarist David Ellefson and drummer Reno. With Fefolt, FireWolfe released two albums, on which you could find a couple of interesting hits. And it turned out that the third album FireWolfe was released with a new vocalist, a certain Freddy Krumins. An excellent vocalist, charismatic and powerful, in a register quite similar to Fefolt. The group has lost absolutely nothing, except for the more famous name Fefolt. Krumins did just fine, but what is even more joyful - the group released an album that is many times stronger than previous works. Central hit here, "Candle in the Dark", but the rest of the material is both strong and expressive classic heavy power at the intersection of several schools from American to English and German in terms of monolithic guitar riffs. Together with the perfect recording and performance, excellent vocals, the album sounds very powerful, juicy and delicious! I recommend to all fans of old-school heavy power!
